Access to the application is safeguarded through a passcode system or biometric authentication available on iPhones. In the event of loss or theft of a device, accounts can be promptly disabled without the need for a remote wipe, since sensitive data is not stored locally on the device.

LIFT® allows users to originate messages from existing systems or through its secure, standards-based API. The platform supports secure inter-device messaging, while its persistent alerting system ensures that vital communications are promptly acknowledged by recipients.

The application also facilitates the transfer of high-resolution images and audio files, enabling richer content delivery alongside text messages. Utilizing LIFT® fosters an environment compliant with HIPAA and HITECH standards for critical communications.
